Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern access to the content of the VisionBridge GmbH website and the use of our executive training and business coaching services. By visiting our website or using our services, you agree to the following conditions.

1. Scope

These conditions apply to all offers, services, and information provided by VisionBridge GmbH with headquarters in Basel. Any deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing.

2. Services

VisionBridge provides services in the areas of leadership assessment, executive coaching, training workshops, and ongoing mentorship. The specific scope of services is determined by the chosen service packages or individual agreements with clients. All services are delivered with professional care and in line with applicable legal frameworks.

3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information and to actively participate in fulfilling the agreed services. Misuse of our services is prohibited. In case of violations, VisionBridge reserves the right to terminate agreements with immediate effect.

4. Limitation of Liability

VisionBridge provides services with the highest diligence and proven methods. However, we assume no liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or circumstances beyond our control. Coaching and training results depend on the individual context of the client and do not constitute a guarantee of future outcomes.

5. Refund Policy

We want our clients to be satisfied with the services provided. For booked packages, a right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the conclusion of the agreement, provided the services have not yet started. Services already partially delivered will be charged proportionally and deducted from any refund. Fully delivered services are excluded from refunds.

If a client withdraws from the contract for valid reasons, we will refund amounts already paid within 10 business days after confirmation of the request. Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

Please include your invoice number, date of agreement, and the reason for the refund request to help us process it efficiently.

6. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable. Invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt without deduction. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees and statutory interest on arrears.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, texts, images, logos, and documents on our website are subject to the copyright of VisionBridge GmbH or used with appropriate licenses. Any reproduction, distribution, or use in other media is not permitted without prior approval.

8. Amendments

VisionBridge reserves the right to amend or supplement these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and come into effect upon publication. Clients are encouraged to review the terms regularly.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes in connection with these terms is Basel, Switzerland.
